TO PUBLICIZE AN EVENT
Please post your event to Columbia Law School's ONLINE CALENDAR. A daily announcement and a weekly digest of Law School events will be pulled from the calendar for promotion to the Law School community.
To post a faculty workshop, conference, or symposium to the online calendar, please contact the Dean's Office.
For events open to the public, and possibly even the press, please notify the Public Affairs office at least six weeks in advance whenever possible: email@example.com.
Organizers of public events are required to obtain the written consent of all guest panelists, speakers, moderators, participants to allow photography and audio or visual digital recording. Please print this SPEAKER CONSENT FORM on the unit's letterhead and submit signed forms to Public Affairs.If a guest does not wish to be recorded, please advise audience members that recording of any kind is not permitted.
For advice on producing printed promotional materials, please contact University Print Services well in advance of your required mail drop or delivery, and speak directly to Tony Neri at firstname.lastname@example.org or 854-5143.
