Participants included Special Guest Elyakim Rubinstein, Justice of the Israel Supreme Court and Columbia Law School Professors George Fletcher, Center Co-Director Debra Livingston and Center faculty member, Harold Edgar. The panel was moderated by Michael Stanislawski, Nathan Miller Professor of Jewish History and Associate Director, The Institute for Israel and Jewish Studies at Columbia University.
